The Carolina Manor House is a historic wedding venue in Franklinton, North Carolina, where timeless Southern charm meets modern elegance. Built between 1902 and 1904 as the home of Dr. J.H. Harris, a beloved local physician, the Queen Anne-style estate still stands proudly on its hilltop, surrounded by century-old oak trees and beautiful gardens. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Manor has been lovingly restored to blend rich history with contemporary comfort.
What was once a home filled with care and community is now a place where couples begin their happily ever after. From Lula’s Wedding Garden - named after Dr. Harris’s wife, Lula Timberlake Harris - to the grand hall and wrap-around porch, every space offers a romantic backdrop for weddings, receptions, and celebrations.
