After touring The Carolina Manor House, couples who reserve their date within 14 days receive $500 off their total venue price. Prefer a little more time? Book within 30 days of your tour and enjoy $250 off your final total.

Join us for our Winter Open House on February 1st, 2026 from 1-4pm. 

Stroll through the garden chapel and multiple outdoor ceremony locations, explore the restored historic home and newly constructed reception hall, and peek inside our on-site treehouses offering overnight accommodations for you and your guests.

What to Expect:

• Meet some of the area’s top local wedding vendors, including florists, photographers, DJs, and more
• Enjoy complimentary bites from Catering Works and free pours, including Prosecco, as you tour the property
• Walk the venue at your own pace and gather inspiration for your special day
• Meet our in-house planning team, Southern Oak Events
• Take part in a limited number of guided group tours (one at 1:30pm and one at 3pm) offered during the showcase for couples who want a more in-depth experience

Exclusive Booking Incentive:
Couples who attend the showcase and sign our interest sheet will be eligible for a drawing to receive 50% off the venue rental. Couples who book within 21 days following the showcase will be entered, and the winner will be drawn after the booking window closes. The discount applies to the venue rental only and may be used on any available date.
